Shipping policy

Where We Ship We currently ship within the State of Hawaii and the Continental U.S. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Perishable Items Some of our products are perishable. We take care to package all food items safely, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers. Please ensure someone is available to receive your package promptly upon delivery.

Hawaii Cottage Food Law Disclosure Liuliu Farms operates under the Hawaii Cottage Food Law (HRS §321-11.6). Certain food products are prepared in a home kitchen not inspected by the Department of Health and are not intended for resale in a retail establishment. Fresh from the farm directly to you.
